Community Victualling

The Community Victualling Section pays export refund on certain goods.

'Victualling supplies' are CAP goods which will be used for catering on:

ships and aircraft on international routes (this includes intra-community routes);
oil or gas drilling and extraction rigs (within the area of the European Continental shelf);
naval and auxiliary vessels on the high seas, flying the flag of an EC country; and
victualling warehouses.
